First American Mortgage Solutions provides real estate-owned (REO) title and closing products and services. Our commitment to quality and timeliness helps our customers control their expenses while reducing their internal workload related to follow-up and coordination. 

REO Title Services

We offer centralized management of REO title orders in Arizona, California, and Nevada. Title orders are aggressively tracked and monitored for timely delivery of the title product. Additionally, our title products and supporting documents are stored on our web-based technology platform—TSG Online—and may be viewed, downloaded and printed 24/7, with login and password access.

Asset Closing Services

Our closing services expedite the disposition of REO assets through our local closing team. We also offer title resolution and closing management support to our default servicing clients, as well as title and closing offices nationwide. The title coordination team examines title reports produced by our vendor network and coordinates resolution with all parties necessary to obtain insurable title. Our local closing team helps direct and expedite the timely disposition of REO assets. 

Our REO and closing services can also be seamlessly accessed through the First American Navigator servicer portal, creating efficiencies for electronic ordering, tracking and delivery of conventional and alternative valuation products and services.

Deed-in-Lieu Services

First American Mortgage Solutions offers the mortgage servicing industry several foreclosure alternatives including a nationwide Deed-in-Lieu solution (DIL). Through our network of direct and agent offices, we have the ability to effectively manage, control, and monitor your title and information needs.
